I think the whole reason dragonite sheds it skin when it mega evolves is to show the previous colour that it was when it was a dratini and a dragonair,also,it has the same pearl and the shedded skin and wings become the rest of the flying mechanism😊

I would not count Frigibax out just yet, there have been times when pokes come back in later episodes to be captured, take Ash's Sandile, that thing took multiple episodes til it joined Ash.... Also this isn't Ash or Goh, Ash doesn't throw a ball willy nilly unless he wants to bond with a pokemon. Goh would have, then forgotten he caught that pokemon, cause he was a ball whore....

Rillaboom doesn’t fit Ash. It’s WAY too Slow and ash doesn’t have the best track record with Slow Pokemon. Same thing for Armorouge. its design is lame and boring…it has no aura to it what so ever. Personally I would give Ash Ho-Oh and Hisuian Lilligant
